Information you give us on the phone
When you call (202) 989-3053, we ask for the details we need to help: your name, the address of the property, a phone number and a description of the damage. During a job we also keep photos, moisture readings and notes about the work. We use this information to do the work, to send you records and to answer questions from you or your insurer.
This website
This site does not collect information through forms or account sign-ups, and it carries no advertising or tracking pixels. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers. Maps on our contact page only load if you press the button to show them.
Who we share information with
We share job information with your insurance company or adjuster when you ask us to, and with other trades working on your property, such as a plumber, when the work requires it. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep records
We keep job records, including photos and moisture logs, for as long as they may be useful to you or your insurer, or as record-keeping rules require, and then delete them.
Your choices and questions
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Call (202) 989-3053 and ask for the office.
